Bottle-conditioned

Beer with the yeast left in the brew to complete the fermentation in the cask or bottle. This is a popular technique among homebrewers, but it can be dangerous. If the bottle is overprimed it could result in a beer grenade, showering one's home in shattered glass and splattered beer.
